Diamonds & custom rings
- Loose diamonds and made-to-order / custom rings are produced or sourced per your selection.
- Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and may be non-returnable (see our Returns Policy).
Orders & payment
- An order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery times and methods are provided at checkout or by our team. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Cancellation & returns
Cancellations and returns are handled under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and our Returns Policy. Custom, personalized, or engraved items may be excluded.
Warranty
Our jewelry carries a warranty against manufacturing defects as described at the time of sale. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (logos, images, text, designs) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Ramat Gan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
