Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your RAVEN piece. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, in line with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Return window
You may cancel a purchase and return an item within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Any gemological certificate and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved rings and jewelry produced specifically for you.
- Items altered at your request (e.g. resizing).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. A cancellation fee may apply as permitted by law.
